Sheng Chi Foundation Seeking Sponsorships

The Sheng Chi Foundation, a California non profit public benefit corporation based in Valley Springs, is seeking donations.

Donations in this worthwhile program go towards sponsoring at-risk youth in developing confidence, self esteem, and discipline. Youths are placed in a program of Shou' Shu' training designed to help them with these all important aspects.

CUSD ED FOUNDATION GALA

Come join us at Kautz Ironstone Vineyards on October 25, 2008 for the “Masquerade” Gala sponsored by the CUSD Ed Foundation.
Partygoers are invited to come in costume or evening attire and
will be treated to a gourmet buffet dinner, hors d’oeuvres and a night of dancing to live music.
Our silent and live auctions offer a chance to bid on wonderful prizes donated by generous local businesses.
For information about making donations or purchasing tickets to the gala, contact the Foundation at PO Box 1597 San Andreas, CA 95249 or email rockteacherjan@hotmail.com.
This is our only fundraiser. The Calaveras Unified School District Educational Foundation is a non-profit foundation for the benefit of children in the Calaveras Unified School District. It supports and augments existing programs and services in the schools through mini-grants and special project funding and provides scholarships for graduating seniors. It is an independent non profit organization and receives no funding from the school district.

Website Milestone

Our little Valley Springs  just reached a milestone.  If you were on last night you would have found only a white screen that said "bandwidth exceeded"

For a webmaster it's both a good and a bad thing. On the bad side it means you need more expensive hosting to handle the traffic. On the goodside it means you've got lots of traffic.

And what's a website without traffic?

If a website is created on the internet and noone sees it does it exist? I say no.

So we'll pay the extra hosting charges and say hurra. Congratulations to www.ourvalleysprings.com

Maybe you should get involved too!

Phil
